Glamour & Gold: A Great Gasby New Year’s Eve
Glitterati Events presents this Gatsby-themed New Year’s Eve extravaganza at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. There will be a silent auction in support of Ronald McDonald House-Northland, with coat-check services provided by the organization. VIP tickets are $89 and include dance lessons, early access to games, a 1920s Tarot card reading, and a dinner served at 7 p.m. There will also be a pre-dinner gathering. For those joining the party after 8 p.m., “Here for the Party” tickets are $49 and do not include dinner.

New Year’s Cluckin’ Eve
Rubber Chicken Theater puts on original sketch comedy theater shows. The Holiday Comedy Revue is their annual end-of-the-year show with sketches and songs that parody local and regional issues, plus general silliness. A Series of Unfortunate Specials: The Big Holiday Package
Tis the season to be silly! Come and watch Renegade Improv and unpack all the holiday madness that can possibly be fit into a single theatre. The final installment of Another Series of Unfortunate Specials is sure to be the cure for all your holiday stress. Hosted by the Renegade Theater Company at the Zeitgeist Teatro. Tickets are $20.

Metal New Year’s Eve at Pizza Luce
Ring in the new year with a metal show at Pizza Lucé featuring Torment, Surefire, the Motion Mosaic and Vehemence. Tickets are $15 and the music goes until 1 am. Hosted by Torment Music.

Wesson’s All-Day New Year’s Eve Extravaganza
Wussow’s hosts its 12th annual New Year’s Eve bash with 24 musical acts taking the stage throughout the day. The music starts at 8 am and ends at midnight at Wussow’s Concert Cafe.

Celebrate in Cook County (Lutsen, Grand Marais, Gunflint Trail, Grand Portage)

While not quite as event-filled as Duluth, Cook County has some select live music and New Year’s dinners to choose from. Check out Visit Cook County for a full list of events.

Celebrate Like a Local at the Shroeder Town Hall
Come & Celebrate! New Year’s Eve Party at the Schroeder Town Hall from 6 pm until midnight. It features Southpaw Band starting at 7 pm. BYOB and bring a dish to share, if you wish.

Live Music at Cascade Restaurant & Pub
Don’t miss singer/songwriter and local folk legend Joe Paulik, along with bass guitar master Pat Flack on Sunday, Dec. 31st from 6 pm – 8 pm at Cascade Lodge Restaurant & Pub.

Katieoke (Karoke) at Up Yonder
Katie Slange hosts Katieoke from 9:30 pm until 12:30 pm. Up Yonder is planning other things for a New Year’s Eve party so follow on Instagram and Facebook for more information.

Live Music at the Grand Portage Lodge & Casino
Grand Portage Lodge & Casino is the place to be on New Year’s Eve! Don’t miss Donny Buck & the Rock-A-Billy Revue from 8:30 pm – 12:30 am. Must be 18+ to attend. No cover charge.

New Year’s Eve Dinner and New Year’s Day Brunch at Justine’s
Ring in the New Year at Justine’s with family and friends while you enjoy a spectacular view overlooking Gunflint Lake and the Canadian Border with a special dinner and champagne toast! Raise your glass with friends and family to welcome in 2024 in front of a roaring fire in one of our two stone fireplaces.
