Fleet Manager – Lutsen: 03/03/2026
Do you like working with your hands, solving problems, and keeping things running the way they should? We’re looking for a Fleet Manager to help maintain our vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone dependable, adaptable, and who takes pride in being the go-to person when things need fixing. No two days are the same, and your work makes a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping our cars, trailers, and equipment safe and road-ready
- Handling routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs
- Hauling equipment
- Pitching in with general maintenance on rental units and properties as needed.
- Responding to issues as part of an on-call rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- Good knowledge of basic mechanics, including oil changes, mounting/rotating tires, brakes, etc
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible mindset and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass a DOT medical exam
