What You’ll Do

• Assist guests via phone, email, and chat
• Help guests find and book the perfect rental
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Keep a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Generous Benefits

• Up to 19 days paid vacation (starts day one)
• Up to 80 hours of sick and safe time by year 2

Set Hours

• 9am–5pm Mon–Fri (winter hours are flexible)
• 9am–5pm 5 days a week (summer)
• Closed Sundays, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
