• The parking area is paved and there is also garage parking.
• Garage space is only one car and would not allow for side ramp loading/unloading.
• There is one step and a small lip to access the main door.
• There would be a couple of steps to go up to gain access through the garage.
• The main living area has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room.
• Hardwood and tile floors throughout except in the bedroom, which has carpet.
• The bedroom is smaller but there is enough space to access one side of the bed.
• Guests who cannot go up and downstairs would not have access to the rest of the unit.
• There is a deck off the living room that has a secure rail.
• The shoreline area and most of the property are NOT accessible.
