Spring House is located on a cliff's edge overlooking Lake Superior near Tofte, Minnesota. This two-story home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with incredible views of Lake Superior from most rooms in the home.
Spring House has a unique layout where the main living area is on the second level of the home- providing guests with amazing 180-degree views of Lake Superior from the main living area. The floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall windows in the living and dining room areas make it feel like you're perched just above the Lake's edge. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also on the upper level.
Downstairs you will find a second living area, another bedroom, and the second bathroom located adjacent to the bedroom.
Spiral Staircase: Access to the second/main level is via a spiral staircase. This is a wide staircase with wider steps, but may still be an issue for some with mobility issues.
Neighboring Home and Parking: Spring House sits adjacent to a similar style home right on the shores of Lake Superior. The adjacent home serves as a long-term rental property with four units. Although you share the driveway with these units, you will find sufficient parking for your rental needs and guests with your property. Please be sure to park directly in front of and to the side of the home.
This Home is Dog Friendly! There is a 2-dog maximum with an additional fee and no other pets are permitted.

Conveniently located just a few miles from downtown Lutsen and a few miles from Tofte. Also, you are only 5 minutes to Superior National at Lutsen Golf Course and the Lutsen Mountains Ski and Recreation Area. This is the ideal location for your next North Shore adventure! In fact, the home is located along the Gitchi-Gami Bike Trail and you are just a short drive from miles of hiking and mountain biking trails.
Don't want to cook at home? You are close to many dining options, many of which feature live music from popular local musicians throughout the year.
