About Poplar Ridge 675

This beautiful Poplar Ridge Townhome is located at a Lutsen Mountains adjacent resort in Lutsen, Minnesota. Poplar Ridge 675 is a spacious 3-level townhome that boasts 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms- plenty of room for the whole family.

Poplar Ridge 675 has an open-layout living area with a living room, kitchen, dining room, and deck with a gas grill just off the dining room. On the lower level, you will find a second living room area with a pull-out couch, wet bar, bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom, and laundry room. This layout makes the unit very suitable for multiple families or large groups that want privacy using two different levels. The main level living room has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace while the first-floor bedroom and the lower level living room each have a gas fireplace. The lower level also features a new private sauna room!

The spacious bedroom on the main level features an in-room jetted tub and a private half-bathroom. On the upper level, you will find two more bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one with an additional two twin beds. These bedrooms each have their own bathroom. 

This is a ski-in/ski-out townhome to Lutsen Mountains. The ski trail runs right past the back door on the lower level and leads you right to the Caribou Express Chair Lift on Moose Mountain. Please note that you should already have your lift pass before heading out as you will need it to board the chairlift. It doesn't get much easier to hit the slopes at Lutsen Mountains than that!

Smart Home Device: This home is equipped with a Google Smart Home device for guests to use during their stay. If you do not wish to have the device active during your stay, you may unplug it.

Lutsen Mountains Resort Information

This resort offers it all! As a popular winter retreat, you can ski-in/ski-out to Lutsen Mountains right from the resort. In the summertime, you can enjoy both heated indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor pool can be enjoyed all year round! Plus, enjoy the sauna. Prepare a delicious BBQ lunch on the community gas grills. Kids will love the outdoor playgrounds and adults with love grabbing drinks at Moguls Tap Room. The entire family can dine together in the family-friendly Moguls Grille.

Other amenities include bocce ball, fire pits, and easy walking (or skiing) access to Lutsen Mountains Recreation Park. Some amenities may be seasonal or change without notice.

Area Information

At Poplar Ridge 675 you are just minutes away from many North Shore attractions! This is a ski-in/ski-out unit for the popular Lutsen Mountain Ski Area. This puts the mountain right at your back door. During the summer, the Alpine Slide and Gondola are popular attractions. Superior National at Lutsen Golf Course is just a mile down the road and features a full golf course in the summer and miles of fat-tire bike trails in the winter. At the Caribou Highlands condo, you are surrounded by miles of hiking trails and only a short drive to Temperance and Cascade state parks. Grand Marais, with many quaint gift shops and dining options, is just 20 miles up scenic Highway 61. 

Cap off a long day of skiing or exploring by dining at Moguls Grille and Tap Room, the resort restaurant and bar which  features live music from popular area musicians throughout the year and are an easy walking distance from the townhome. Many other dining options are available along the shore. Or stay at home and enjoy a meal in your renovated kitchen or have a summertime BBQ using one of the community grills.
